[WOTC] Spec Ops: The Line - Heavy Trooper Voicepack

This mod adds the voice of the Damned 33rd's heavy troopers from Spec Ops: The Line to your XCOM 2 campaign, featuring 205 unique lines voiced by Richard Epcar.

The heavies are among the more interesting enemies in SO:TL. Their commanding presence, valient-sounding voices, and selfless leadership of their fellow soldiers amidst such a hopeless setting give them an almost heroic aura on the battlefield. They're just a few of the game’s many aspects which drive home the fact that the Damned 33rd are not the real villains of the story - you are.

This is probably the most bare-bones voicepack I've done to date. I had to get pretty creative with how I utilized certain voice lines and to which actions I assigned them. This isn't my best work, but I really wanted the heavy trooper's voice to go along with his armor which I recently ported into the game as well.

Also, apologies for the odd changes in audio quality for some of the lines; I had to pull from multiple sources with varrying levels of sound fidelity.
