Introducing a beautiful flowering plant called Agapanthus AKA "African Lily" though not a Lily. It's native to South Africa and introduced around the world. In some places like New Zealand it is an invasive species. More info in the wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Agapanthus
