i'm having a similar issue as someone else described: inacp icons are really tiny and squashed. anything i can do to fix?

I have a question regarding the "Custom Progress Bars."
Each one I see has a size, like V1 and V2 in green, which is 1920x1080.
So my question is:
Does that size match the resolution of our monitors? Because mine is 1024x768, and when I try the different versions, when I see the progress bar, it looks "weird." When I perform any action that requires the progress bar to appear,
the "green" background appears on top, and the "bar background" appears below.
That is, the green bar or background that should load or upload appears on top, and the black background of the bar (the one around it) appears below.
So... I don't know what I could do to fix this.

I also subscribed to the reduced version, but the progress bar is too small for my liking.
So... What could I do?

I love it but it's too large. Healths alone took 50% of the left side of the screen.
