I fell like it has to do with where the game think to rotter or spinning part of the heli is. I am no coder but I would think a test could be loading the skin up as a dump truck, blimp, and plane, to see if those spin also.

@Dr. Quackers M.D. I have no idea how to fix this unfortunately. I'm asking around the modding community on how to fix it, but nobody is responding... :/
