Check compatibility of other custom Norscan factions - and the info which other mods were essentially integrated into the mod! - on their mod's page.
In general, I would NOT recommend even to think about activating a custom faction mod that was last updated well over A YEAR AGO in ANY 5.x campaign. For ANY RACE. No exceptions. Hope that helps. <3
But if it indeed, like @LuminousClarity reported 5 months ago the skills are not (all) connected and apparently there was no update since, this should probably not be played in a campaign, until smbdy clarifies otherwise - or mod author or community member step up with an update/patch mod <3
