Beskrivning
Adds a low chance (1~2%) to spawn the Noisemaker (Clown) to urban populations, mostly where CEDA or riots are present.

It needs any of the Noisemaker UCI replacers, otherwise you will see Clowns instead of Noisemakers.

Si, descompilando el mod y editando directamente el % de aparición en el archivo de población (population.txt)

If I can manage it, could I release it as an add-on? I could see other people wanting a combination of both mods, but it's alright if I can't.

It would require a combination of both populations, you can learn how to do that yourself, it's pretty easy.

Ah, that's a shame; I was hoping to have them work together. Would it be possible to add them into the other mod's populations?
