NOT WORKING MOD, Move to a new mod, (Old Plague Cauldron feature for Clan Pestilens)

Another of my 'Give feature A to another faction B' series. The basics are the same with Nurgle and Festus. Here are some notable changes:

• Now clan Pestilens has access to infection resources. Which can be earned by eating captives in post-battle choice (16:1 ratio), landmark, and 13 scheme ritual.
  
• Effects are mostly the same. I've only changed Nurgle corruption to Skaven corruption, and Nurgle building cycle reduction to growth bonus and summoning Nurgle unit to number of menace form below uses+
  
• There is only one basic plague for the Pastilens clan. Mostly due to the basic one being too powerful. However, I did add 5 infection resource gains on the plague spread in the basic effect.
  
• You can use infection resources to upgrade clan Pestilens' units.

Q. Every flavor text is the same as Nurgle. It feels weird when Nurgle comes out every time in the text.
A. Not a creative and lore guy and couldn't think of a neat way to change it. Changing Nurgle, and Grandfather into Horned one really does not fit.

Q. What is that great unclean one doing in the panel?
A. No, it's just a big fat rat cosplaying as a horned one. How rude of you to accuse someone of being fat.
Seriously, I can't change a movie.

Q. You can use food resource for the mechanism, why use infection resource?
A. I wanted to. However, it was coded into twui XML. If I wanted to use food, I have to change the twui, or skillfully use the cco object call. I thought it would be easier this way.

Q. Why didn't you use the Plague cultist feature to entwine Pestilent Scheme?
A. 1. It was too hard. 2. I want to leave some independent way of triggering plague free from infection resources.
