@nkoli thats what i had thought too, i deleted all instances of mod packs and tried again then and it was still giving me issues
In the end, i did get it working finally and somehow manually downloading the newest of this mod has fixed issues i was having with other mods, maybe it jogged tmod into downloading correct versions again, who knows
What happens when you verify the integrity of installed files for tModLoader? That should force it to install the latest workshop files.
Version 1.6.0.2 has been publicly available on the workshop for nearly 2 weeks
I was recently informed by the tModLoader developers that a large portion of the workshop was hit with fraudulent DMCA notices. Fortunately, the actual reports had no legal ground, so we just have to wait for Valve to respond.
As for when that will be, I have no idea.
