Khrysler Homes - The Belmont by Khrysler

Cheap and Cheerful American style family home. The house is in Canton, Ohio. 2 lots included in different lot sizes and levels. I use vanilla plants on the actual lots. They are changed in BOB just for the screenshots.

Thanks for the clarification. I assumed it was deliberate and it is true to life. I can think of one house in my middle class neighbourhood that always has a vehicle on their lawn. Appreciate the quick reply to clarify that it's not a texture issue and is intended. Thanks.

Thanks you. I believe some people do..? Regardless it is intentional. I wanted to make slight visual difference between level 1 and level 2 wealth

Love these houses. Just one question, the Belmont 3x3, is the vehicle meant to be parked on the grass or is there something wrong with the decals? I do have big suburbs pavement and other sidewalks show up so assuming this is the true to life thing of that one house in the neighbourhood parking on their lawn?

I have my entire collection, including the houses and props that I often use here but I believe someone created a collection for just Khrysler Homes as well.

Hey Krysler you have all ways been an A-lister content creator... most certainly in the best of the best for sure. But these last two that you have done so far take the awesomeness to another level. As you said "everywhere an nowhere" The subject of these may not be as grand or "beautiful" as your others (always 100% stellar... and in everyone of my modded cities) but for myself these are the types of houses I see walking around . These buildings are more "real" and certainly will bring a boatload more realism to our cities. Thank you for your awesome work and generosity of sharing your talent and time with us... we truly appreciate you...
