I think this one is a perfect mod replacing L4D hunters to Resident Evil hunters. I removed the broken sound from the original and made it also available for L4D1 campaigns.

If u want to have some Resident Evil voice on hunter, which is broken in the original version, use this addon with mine thanks to @The Doom Master
