Black Mesa: Blue Shift Weapon Animations (Shared Assets)

Shared assets between all my BM: Blue Shift weapon animation ports, Killing Floor 2 weapon revisions, and personal reanimations. And by that, I mean a game_sounds.txt replacement with all the extra soundscripts.

This is a requirement to use any of the aforementioned ports, as well as any weapon reanimations I've released!
