Description
Mod with 28 playable youth teams in Italy. I made Serie D playable as well to make the mod more interesting.

Youth Teams Playable: Atalanta; Bologna; Brescia; Cagliari Cesena; Empoli; Fiorentina; Frosinone; Genoa; Inter; Juventus; Lazio; Lecce; Milan; Napoli; Novara; Palermo; Parma; Pescara; Roma; Sampdoria; San Marino Academy; Sassuolo; SPAL; Spezia; Torino; Udinese and Verona.

I will update the mods if there are any requests to add more youth teams in the game.

would it be possible to make the top6-8 have a B team just like juve does? and then start them in serie D so you can get them promoted eventually
