Change Sandbox Options (by Star)

Beskrivning
You can change sandbox options in SINGLEPLAYER during the game.

Where is it?
There is new menu item "Sandbox Options" in the ingame menu.

Use with Caution
This sandbox options window is a workaround and may lead to undefined behavior.

Best use: Adjusting mod sandbox settings or light sandbox settings that don't require a game restart. However, even in these cases, functionality is not guaranteed.

Optional hotkey
B41: You need ModOptions if you want to set hotkey. No hard dependency.
B42: Native.

Compatibility
Compatible with 41.78 and 42+.
It won't work if your game version is below 41.78.

Works for me on 42.10. The only thing is you cannot change day time (how many minutes are in 1 hour), but rest works perfectly (I've also checked new features like zombie hearing random from poor to normal)

The only issue I have with this is that in the main sandbox before you start your game you can set water and electricity cut offs manually example between day 14 and day 30 but in this sandbox there are no manual options its like 0-30
