Latam - Small Tenements 1

Hello guys,

Finally my second release (the next ones will be delivered at a faster pace). As stated before this is part of a series trying to bring a more latin-american feel to the game.
This set represents smaller tenements that were built in medium-cities as part of the first serious attempt of latam countries at tackling their historical housing deficit.

Stats vary by building but they range from quality of 57% to 66%, with 16 to 48 workers. Housing quality was defined by me according to the size of aparments and the presence of balconies (in such hot weather, balconies are key to make apartments feel less hot).

I have to make clear that these building are more expensive and with lower quality than vanilla's. That was made on purpose as in my opinion the vanilla game simply does not present us the real challenge that third-world city planners faced: build many very cheap houses or fewer but better. This should also incentive the player to better distribute their housing in accordance to the loyalty system.
