SGM's Vehicle Model Attaching Framework

This is a framework for piecing together multi-model vehicles, mainly for vehicle developers to use. It supports bone parenting, bone merging, color/material/submaterial syncing, and practically everything I could think of that would help support vehicle developers.

Although primarily meant for vehicle developers, it does support adding models by vehicle class as well so you could theoretically utilize this to add custom props to Photon vehicles if you are looking to utilize a feature that Photon does not have (e.g. bone parenting).
