Conrail 10 Observation Car

Background
Conrail 10 is an observation car built sometime between 1922 and 1925 for the New York Central. The deck at the rear was constructed during this time for President Franklin D. Roosevelt's wheelchair. Conrail 10 became a track inspection car in 1952. In 1968, Conrail 10 was the second to last car in a train carrying the dead body of Robert F. Kennedy after his assassination. The car was acquired by Conrail in 1976, and wound up with CSX after Conrail's takeover, where it remains today.

This car is compatible with all WABSIM equipped locomotives and rolling stock. I recommend using it with the other linked Conrail Office Car Special coaches.
