Description
As a key scientific and technological research project, it was originally designed as an electric locomotive for Guangzhou Shenzhen quasi high speed railway, and later became a main locomotive for traction of speed increasing passenger trains on China's trunk railways. The maximum running speed of locomotive is 170 km/h.

@wuduanzhang 你可以检查一下到没到年份，我们按照现实设定的出现年份，这个车1994年才陆陆续续显示，而超过了2032年以后将无法再购买

价格可以调整runningCostScale（运行花费）和priceScale（购车花费），它这个是个因数，最后还是由系统根据因数算出来

这回更新以后参照游戏自带的机车所有灯都亮，价格也是用的自动价格，系统貌似根据机车性能自己算的，因为我也不清楚这个车应该调多少的费用。
