Supported Game Version: Technically all of them.
No DLC's required.

This mod does NOT need an Update, it should work on ANY version

Whats new?
1.0f:
  • New 1.14 States got their Culture
  • New Polish-Ukrainian Culture

Current Bugs/ Unfinished Progress:
Bugs: Some States dont have a Culture.

Unfinished Progress:
  • Africa (Mostly done)
  • China (Historically Inaccurate)
  • South America

Did you ever want TNO-like Cultures in base Hoi4?
Well, here they are. This mod is meant as a Framework for modders, so feel free to use. But dont worry dear non-modders, of course this mod works completely fine in vanilla hoi4 too.

@Mr. Bones yea i know. As i already stated its meant as a Framework for other modders. I'll see when i have time to fix it since im soon a Soldier in the German Armed Forces.

It definitely does need an update. There are new states which have no culture.
