TDQ - The Princess Guard

The Princess Guard mod brings six new units to Warhammer 3! I may have went a little overboard here. This mod includes a total revamp of the wh2 Princess Guard model, a new heavily armored spear unit, a new hybrid spear/archer unit, the new Drake model, with three different versions! I also included Dragon Lords that have 4 different versions of riders and 3 new versions of dragons!

Mounted Dragon Princesses
Mounted Knights that specialize in speed and protecting their Lord
Dismounted Dragon Princesses
Foot Knights that specialize in anti-infantry and protecting their Lord
Caledorian Spears
Armored Spearmen, the Backbone of any Caledorian force
Song Tamers
Hybrid Spear and Archers. They focus on anti-large targets
Drake Riders
Monstrous Shock Flankers.
Dragon Lords
The true lords of Caledor. The Dragon Lords are some of the most powerful beings in the Warhammer world!

The Story



Tyio ducked a brutish swing and drove her blade up through the orcs rib cage. The stinking creature groaned and folded over. Another of the hulking monsters quickly took his place. She easily cut him down too. The horde paused.

She reset her stance and risked a glance around. To both sides of her the battle raged. Her sisters fought and bled to hold back the green tide that swarmed them. The battle had been going for what seemed like days. The Dwarven allies they screened for held the middle while The Princess's forces held the flanks.
The Battle had been going as planned so far, but losses where costly.

A thunderous bellow exploded in front of her, bringing her attention back to the fray. Dread filled her as a huge group of Black Orcs forced their way forward. The other orcs cowardly backed away from the heavily armored elite unit. Those that moved too slow were cut down by the monsters who laughed with glee. Death had come.

Their charge was brutal. Several of her sisters fell to their crude iron blades. She barely dodged a killing stroke as the sister next to her was taken down. She parried a third attack and struck back without success. Another heavy blow came and her shield shattered. She was thrown to the ground.

Fear over took her.

Behind her the Dwarven woman that she was charged to protect barked orders to her Dawi commanders. The red faced Thane seemed to sneer at her as she lay there. Tyio gritted her teeth. How dare she.

Her Princess had told her how important the Dawi Thane was to the plan. Only she knew how to get into the hold were Lysallianna was. Without her The Princess would be exiled longer. Tyio could not allow that. With blood in her mouth she stood. She would protect the ungrateful runt even if it meant her death.

They had to hold.

“Sisters! To Me! For the Dragon Queen!”, She yelled.






If you want to use of borrow any of my work please ask FIRST. I spent a lot of time creating this mod (waaay too much time) and stealing that time is kind of a jerk thing to do.



Q: are the Lance animations still messed up?
A: Nope! They should be correct now!

Q: X is not balanced can you fix it?
A: Maybe. I have a few brand new types of units so I am sure some balance is needed.

Q: X doesn't work.
A: Please check your mods for conflicts first BEFORE posting below. Often the problem is a conflict with another mod that is the problem. I get flooded with requests like this only to have the person discover that another mod is issue.

Q: Is there an SFO version?
A: No. Maybe in the future, or maybe some enterprising RPFM ninja wants to team up with me to keep one updated.
