Calanthe Fiona Riannon leads Cintra in Sid Meier's Civilization VI!

Calanthe was a fierce queen who lead her kingdom through a strong alliance with Skellige and until the Fall of Cintra by the armies of the Nilfgaardian Empire.

The queen known as The Lioness of Cintra doubles Alliance points from Trade Routes to and from her allies, and also doubles Diplomatic Favor gained from successfully completing Emergencies and Competitions. All her units also gain +2 Combat Strength for every active Alliance.
Cintra, considered by the other kingdoms as The Pearl of the North, is a true pillar of culture. The Capital city is always fully loyal, generates +20% Culture and is able to build an extra district above the Population limit. In addition, the Palace gains 4 extra Great Work slots of any kind.
A center of wealth and culture has to be properly defended, and this job falls on the shoulders of Cintra's Royal Guard, a unique melee unit that replaces the Man-At-Arms which is stronger within 6 tiles of the Capital, at the cost of a higher production and maintenance.
Also contributing to defence of the city, the Reinforced Portcullis is a unique fortification available to Cintra, which increases outer defences of the city by 50 points and provides 1 extra Movement point to units starting the turn on the City Center. Yields +1 Culture for each level of Walls, +2 Culture with a Garrisoned unit, and +3 Diplomatic Favor per turn in the Capital.

This mod also adds 3 new city-states:

Nazair (Scientific) is one of the southern kingdoms, known for the cultivation of the Azure Roses, unique to this land. This luxury resource is available only to its Suzerain and provides +12 Amenities.
Attre (Industrial) is a very loyal vassal of Cintra that was eventually nilfgaardized after Cintra's conquest. In order to keep this and other city-states, its Suzerain can levy troops of any city-state to grant 2 Envoys with that city-state.
Sodden (Militaristic) was the place where Nilfgaard was first defeated by the coalition of Northern Kingdoms. Civilizations at war with its Suzerain receive double War Weariness.

And there we go with Cintra! We are at 7/8 Civilizations released as part of the The World of The Witcher on Civilization VI project. I think that with all the Civilizations released (and a few surprises coming!) we can call this as Part One completed.
University has started again for me and others, this time with a different and more healthy attitude towards it. Mods will still come, Redania and other stuff has to be done to complete Part One of the project. Part Two will probably take a longer time to make, both because I'm unsure what to start with (I have a lot of cool ideas planned), and because some new mods need a deeper study of mine to be made. Nonetheless, they will eventually come, even if Civ VII will be out.
But for now, I hope you enjoy Cintra, and if you play from Epic Games remember as always to update all the mods, and join the Discord! Bye <3

I feel like the Royal Guard needs a lot more oomph, as its more expensive AND more costly to maintain, but its only +5 within 6 tiles of the capital: this is not very much strength for the drawback. It should be more like +8 or +10 combat strength, or not have the negatives
