[SOFL] Jet Parts (Balanced)

(I once again have both time and motivation to mod)
A more balanced version of my Jet engines mod, but this time the numbers are actually in-line with Consty's oxygen-based thrusters, and they also use oxygen

In the future the mod may get additional blocks to it, including, but not limited to:
-more jet engines
-air intakes
-fuel tanks? maybe?
-an engine? (probs not, Consty's are absolutely sick and totally sufficient)
-whatever random modern/near future-era stuff I might come up with
