Scrollable Legacies

Описание
This mod add a scroll to the legacies list in the house window.

I had this idea after enabling a few mods that add legacies and thus break the GUI and hide the legacies button (and the only fix I found was a decision to open your dynasty legacies, making it impossible to look at others dynasty legacies).

I compared the file with the vanilla file and there was just a text missing.
I updated with that missing text, but i didn't try running the game myself.

What's not working ?

Thank you it still works. Just started using more legacy perks and ran into this bug :(
Was worried I would have to give up on the mod I have been enjoying.

re downloaded the game to check the vanilla file, there are kinda lot of differences.
I'll try to extract the scroll I added before to simply add it in the new files in a while (can't guarantee a date)
