This a FFCM citizen reskin with a zombie and a fast zombie reskin and only comes in 2 parts.

Would it be alright if You Please put The Cinematic Citizens Mod? it's Cause I Got The Half-Life 2: Alyx Zombies & The Fast Zombie replacement with alien, it also replases fast headcrab to facehugger.
