Vampire Coast Bat Mortar (OBSOLETE)

A very simple mod that simply adds an alternative version of the Vampire Coast Mortar. This one fires caged bats (projectile used for high-level Vampire walls) that inflict a slowing debuff and DoT.

They're recruitable from the Artillery building at one tier above normal mortars. They actually have lower damage than standard mortars, but hopefully the DoT with the slow makes them a viable support unit. They benefit from the same tech and everything that normal mortars do.

This mod also adds visible bats to the existing Caged Bat projectile. Before it was just an empty cage with particles.

I will maintain my own SFO submod once it's patched up for IE. Feel free to make submods for other things (e.g., Radious, CTT, etc.)
