Convert Radios to AC Power

Adds the ability to convert radios and HAM radios to AC power. Converted radios will operate on grid power and do not require batteries.

Kown issues:
-Picking up an AC powered radio will cause its display name to revert to the original name, but functionally it sill operates on grid power.
-Radios lose their channel presets when conveting to AC. Recommend writing down the preset settings before converting.
