add more foot squire variations for bretonnia, Foot Squire(sword and shield) and Foot Squire(polearm).

beastslayers of bastonne's polearm changed fancy halberd of empire, but only cosmetic change.

vanilla foot squire's recruitment building is moved to tier 3 barrack.

Hi, thanks for the units! Just a suggestion, maybe swap the knight_shield in place of knights_errant_shields.They look quite nice, image on shield isnt stretchy :)
