The Imperial Elite
- an Empire Late Game Unit Mod



Introduction

Welcome my countryman! I thought that the roster of the Empire lacked strong infantery units, especially with all this heresy around now! So, I made this unit mod, enjoy:)
The stats are oriented on the high elven infantery roster (elves are still a bit stronger).
I will try to document all changes I make to the mod and keep the description up to date!

Units
The units are all effected by faction & lord effects and they can be a part of a city garrison. The A.I. is also using them and they can be recruited from outposts. Savegame compatible, I guess (worked for me).



Lansquenets:
Professionally trained imperial soldiers, equipped with a rapid-fire rifle and a greatsword.

Main Role: hybrid, damage dealer

Recruitable at a Forge, needs a Shooting Range building. They cost 1000||275.

Tech & Lord Skills: Handgunners, Karl Franz's & Huntsman General's boosts for Greatswords,
Academys reduce recruitment time by 1



Inquisition Troops:
Recruited from the few flagellants who ran to their deaths...and survived.

Main Role: heavy infantry charge, suicidal attacks, magic attacks

Recruitable at a Forge. Needs a Worship building. They cost 1400||325.

Tech & Lord Skills: Flagellants




Imperial Guardsmen:
Only the strongest men are allowed to join the Imperial Guard. However they are often in quarrel with the Helstorm gunnery teams.

Main Role: holding the line (main & flanks), anti large

Recruitable at a Forge, needs a Barrack building. They cost 1300||300.

Tech & Lord Skills: Halberdiers


Future Plans

- Nothing with this mod. Propably with other units

The inquisition troops look cool. Remind me of a unit SFO had (may still have) in WH II for the empire. They were damn good. Neat that you made flagellant buffs apply to them. Was hard to make flagellants work late game. Update would be appreciated when you have time.
