Queen Meve leads Lyria & Rivia from the Witcher universe in Sid Meier's Civilization VI!

Meve was a ruler known for her striking beauty and persistence. After being dethroned she managed to rally a partisan army, fight the invading Nilfgaardians in guerrilla warfare, reunite the leaders of the North against the Black Ones, and retake her kingdoms!
  • The White Queen herself joins the battle at the start of each era, as the brave lion that she is. All lyrian units in 2 tiles around her gain +7 Combat Strength, and the weapon that she carries gives her a different ability every time she appears.
  • Lyria and Rivia is a Confederation in the Dol Angra valley, but their kingdoms remain separate entities. Because of this, improving tiles with high appeal increases Culture and Tourism, while improving those with low appeal increases Production.
  • The lyrians are considered among the best shooters in the continent, for they are masters in using the Arbalest, a weapon heavier and stronger than the more popular Crossbow. The Arbalest unit gains an additional +5 Ranged Strength when attacking units already wounded.
  • Lyria is an agricultural country, and the astonishing views of the cultivated soil attracts rich nobles and mages from all the North, who enjoy the best fruits and views of the land in their Villas. This unique improvement increases the tile's Appeal and provides Culture and Gold, and also Food with adjacent Farms. Extra Gold if placed next to a river, and provides Tourism equal to Culture without the need for the Flight technology.

This mod also adds 3 new city-states:
  • Angren (Scientific) is a marshy region rich in precious woods called the "Angreni Gold", and its suzerainship grants +1 Science, +1 Production and +2 Gold to Marsh and unimproved Floodplains tiles.
  • Brugge (Trade) is a minor kingdom through which pass many trade routes between the north and the south, so your Trading Posts in foreign cities yield +5 Gold to Trade Routes to the city or passing through.
  • Verden (Militaristic) was hit really hard by the Nilfgaardian Army Group "Center", also called Verden Operations Group. Lead their insurrection, for when you are its suzerain all levied units gain +7 Combat Strength.

Now the Northern Kingdoms can use some help against Nilfgaard with Meve on their side. Speaking of Nilfgaard and of the other mods, I've released a patch for each one, big or small. Nilfgaard has received a much needed nerf, although it's still going to bring havok to the game (at least on the Emhyr side).
After that, have fun with this new addition! I'm going back to study for September exams, so work on the next mod will proceed at the same rate as Nilfgaard in June/July, though it's not as big as that mod. Next release is coming anyway around September. In the meantime, enjoy leading the armies of Meve and stay save everyone <3

Anyway, Meve is a Great Person granted at the start of a new era, and works like a Great General.

But I didn't understand. I've used all the modes you've made. The queen meve could not be created as a combat unit. What mode are you talking about?
