Dysto-Guy and Cash present you the glorious Kaukaz Heavytruck coming straight from Neo-Russia !

It come with 4 truck variant (and color variation for the truck) :

3 futuristic containers ;
-DTR (Decker Tanaka & Rogers) shipping container
-Petrochem shipping container
-Biotechnica shipping container

One last variant with no container and the truck "container claw" folded.

NOTE: The truck is on the box truck delivery template

A BIG THANKS TO CASH that did all the main diffuse and normal which make the truck and especially the wheels look sooo good.

@eons Luna Yeah the original design is in fact inspired by an heavy truck which many seem of soviet origin and more used in the military to lift some heavy military cargo (even though we found some british and german model similar that might have copied it) like this one for example is even refer as "Tank Truck" and you can see how similar to the Kaukaz the design is ;

Hey, no sweat about it; I respect your decision.

I think I might end up using this as a strictly intra-city goods transport vehicle, or even as a container transport truck within my city's port area. The truck definitely looks like it belongs in some futuristic container port, dedicated to shuttling containers around.

@eons Luna @Outcast I just want to address that I will finally not change the size of the truck, sorry if its a turn off for you and other people, but after some talk with Cash co-creator we both find that it we like it big, bigger than vanilla truck inspired a little by how it is in the original concept artwork looking almost like a tank and not like a regular size container truck therefore the name heavy truck and it just on multiple lane that its a little bigger and your dont have the cars going trough it so yeah. BUT you can still very easly use the modtool mod and dump the file and then get the file and change his size on blender or maya or the asset editor, for personal use you do what you want.

Understood. I won't demand anything, but would still be nice to release a smaller, with the risk of the container looking tiny, as an alternative until you get the chance to remake it in the future.

I was hyped af to see this on the workshop, insta subbed. But once i saw it ingame i sadly removed it because it almost takes up 1 + 1/3 of a lane.

@Outcast @eons Luna Yes the truck is a little oversize at least more than intended the problem is that the container on the back is of real standard size 10x20ft and simply resize it via the asset editor would make the container look tiny so it would require to redo the model which I may do but working on a bunch of other project right now, so its not my 1st priority I may update it in the future though

Same complaint as Outcast; this truck is oversized relative to vanilla one-lane roads in game. Would prefer something more appropriately-sized personally.

My only nitpick is that this vehicle is larger then vanilla one lane. Maybe make it 0.8 in scale or something.

you didn't have to say so much, of course it's all about what you like to do lol, I understand. My city just barely supports wheeled vehicles so I can't really have any and hate missing out on cool wheeled assets. :steammocking: I need a Turn Vehicle into Hover Vehicle mod, haha.

@Sp3ctre18 Thx but personal opinion : not a big fan of hover vehicle, I mean I plan to do like a few hover vehicle that act as helicopter ingame, more like cyberpunk 2077 and Blade runner where the hover are just elite vehicle or police to replace police helicopter, but not turning every single vehicle into hover that just float over the road, personal taste again
