Time to Get Upgraded

This simple species pack adds a new species type, Cyborg, and yoinks a bunch of vanilla portraits that look like cyborgs. All DLC requirements are respected, so which portraits available to your new Cyborg species will depend on which of those you own.

Cyborgs use biological traits. However, a Cyborg species always has the Cybernetic trait, and yes, it's free. This has been modded so that base upkeep works like that of photosynthetic plantoids - upkeep is split 50/50 between food and energy.

Eight new traits just for Cyborgs are included.
A modded cityset is included, as are some modded rooms.
A new civic, Cyber Industrialism is included, providing access to the Cyborg Vats building.
Swaps for clinics and hospitals are included.
A shipset is not included.
