-Each turn, the AI ​​will roll dice with a one in several chance of declaring war on a faction with which it has a minimum -40 diplomatic relationship.
The lower the diplomatic relationship, the more likely the AI ​​will declare war.
Declarations of war will be smoother and more logical.
-The possibility of being able to make a peace treaty have been reduced. You will see much less of a problem like a declaration of war and the turn after a peace treaty.
