This mod smartly changes colony capture decisions.

Is this mod works on its own or does it needs other mods to work properly ?

Hey there. This is one of my favourite mods, really helps with helping me get immersed in the campaign; but I still feel that factions raze/loot when it does not make sense, I suggest you give the occupation priority a higher nudge depending on the faction position; if they can afford to keep the settlement, if they can use that money, etc. Cheers!
