Huggy Wuggy replaces Smoker

Opis
A mod that replaces The Smoker with Huggy Wuggy from Poppy's Playtime. Doesn't come with First Person arms I'm still working on that for this model. He also doesn't have a unique hitbox or physics model. However the physics model from smoker was slightly modified to better fit his proportions. Feel free to leave any feedback on the mod as all is appricated at helping improve both this mod and my modding abilities for the future. Enjoy.
