Thailand is incorrectly in the communist section of the list.

IF THIS FLAG PACK DOESN'T SHOW UP IN MUTATORS:
- Disable ALL of my flag packs
- Reload mods
- Enter map editor
- Exit to main menu
- Enable this flag pack
- Reload mods
I really don't know why the flag packs do this.
