May I present you a modular appartment with an heavy external structure able to lift screen advert, other building and road on top of it, for the need of the cyberpunk urbanism. This building will be a fine addition to mid-high residential building area and being modular can be repeated a lot of time without make your city look weird. It also come with a bank on the street floor and many high tech rooftop equipment.
