The map takes place in and around a bank (indicated by the destroyed vault), probably in San Francisco.
the author of the map Tanuki https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/id/rockmanexex I am not the creator of the map, I just uploaded it to gmod the original in the CS:GO workshop.

you do not have content from cs go download it from the internet or download the game in steam problems with the map and textures no problem on your side.
