open the console via tilde (~) and see what kind of loading error you're receiving. It's possible another mod might be conflicting with it due to similar filepath schemes.

I don't know why this shows "unable to load" now. It worked when I just downloaded.... Don't know why it doesn't now...

The environment is amazing and detailed, fun to explore and feels lived in by both enemies and allies. Good job with that. The fights can use more work. Everything surrounding Portal Too was stupidly unbalanced and I was only playing on hard difficulty. Id recommend hard for breakfast in france and normal for carcassone for a good time.

for me I just set everything to the lowest setting except for some essential options in the performance section. There was a really good guide somewhere but I can't find it anymore, kind of a shame it really helped me!

The performance cant be fixed it seems that resaving vanilla maps can cause incredible performance issues for no reaons. SS4 reworked does only gameplay changes and it runs up to twice as bad as vanilla maps on my side.
You are the first person to have such a perception of serious difficulty in this map, it obviously will be connected to the performance if the game runs ass your gameplay experience will be ass as well

Finally got around to playing this; so far my opinions are very mixed on it.

Likes: The incredible amount of effort and detail in the environments, side objectives, secrets, and overall atmosphere. I've always been impressed with your ability to turn generic levels into detailed works of art with rich world building.

Dislikes: Horrible performance, borderline unbalanced fights on Serious Difficulty, and the fact you have to uninstall basically every mod to make this thing run properly. I know SS4 doesn't have the best track record for performance, but my God this thing's laggy, and it definitely doesn't help out during some of the larger skirmishes.

I'd recommend playing this thing on Hard or Normal difficulty and to really take your time with it. If you want a challenging map on Serious, this is definitely one of the hardest but for all the wrong reasons.

well,i start fresh and it fixed the bug so it's fine now
and just want to let you guys know this tho,i didn't Installed this mod until yesterday so it may not be related to old save data i think
but i tried to do this level's fight with different order and still can't trigger the bug ,so i don't really know where goes wrong with my previous run

if you start fresh with a new game it shouldn't occur. Let me know if it does.
