Train and bus stations no end year

Makes it possible to build the old stations in later game years. First, build a modern station, then open the station and go to the configuration menu, and you can replace the modern station pieces with old ones. Update: in version 1.2, the old style bus stations (only the side buildings of the modular stations, not the bus stop nor the whole modular station itself), era B airport landing lights and the old style water buoys are included.
