Survival Scoring

Ported and updated from SS4 for SM!
Enables scoring during Survival mode! (that includes CO-OP Survival.)

- Points are now shown during Survival matches.
- Enemies killed during Survival will now spawn floating points indicating the amount of points you've been given!
- During CO-OP Survival, players will now have their location be shown on the HUD similar to the older Serious Sam titles.

To enable/disable, simply deactivate/activate the workshop package within the game.

Known Issues:

- For obvious reasons, there might be conflicts with other HUD mods.
- Due to the nature of the mod, the total score will also be visible during campaigns. That doesn't include the floating kill scores however.

Tweaks:

To change the size of the floating points on death, type in console: "prj_fFloatingScoreScale = x" (without the ")

x is the numerical value that you want to change the setting to.
By default it is set to a very small value, so I'd recommend setting the value to 0.002.

Alternatively, you can completely disable the floating points by setting the above command to 0, like so:
"prj_fFloatingScoreScale = 0"
