rage system

siren can scream
bloat can vomit
fleshpound can enter rage mode on half health
scrake can enter rage mode on half health
stalker can go invisible
siren can scream
husk can use it's flamethrower
clots can grab player (EXPERIMENTAL)
all zeds have alternative animations if they're set on fire
all zeds can break doors
crawler can leap
original game sounds
patriarch can heal
patriarch can go invisible
patriarch can shoot
patriarch can shoot rockets
fleshpound stops to rage whenever it hits you.
FP rages at random now, like it does in the game. (Chances: 50\50)

Changed Patriarch's Cloak texture,
Added Taunts and new AI chase ---
Before NPC will chase you, it will walk, then play taunt animation, then walk again, then finally, switch to running.
ADDED HUD! Now you can see every control you need.
