I'd love to use this as well but there are a lot of requirements I'm rather hesitant right now. I've favorited it for another time.

id really love to use this as well as the other service buildings you made, it's fantastic but there are so many requirements, i just cant dedicate to that right now. definitely favoriting this for later, as well as the police department, taxi blimp stop, etc. awesome looking assets, can't wait to try them
