The mod crashing the save loading is Acela. I've reported the issue to its author (again). For the time being, you can disable Acela; alternatively, you can try to reenable all mods you've disabled recently, unattribute all passives from them (missing attributed passives is what's throwing Acela off), then disable them again.
I apologize in advance, for i have... Too many mods installed.

This is highly unusual, but I've heard of similar cases of Continue button being broken by some mods. Don't worry yet, your save file should not be gone (as long as you haven't actually started a new game), it is most likely just failing to load due to one of your installed mods crashing the loading. Could you please post the contents of your Player.log file (e.g. by uploading it to pastebin and linking it here)? It's located in AppData\LocalLow\Project Moon\LibraryOfRuina.
What do you mean? This mod doesn't have any code that could do anything to save files.
