Can you remove the perception malus?

I don't know if I like this one but I have some ideas for graphical mods but no skill with Blender... Would it be possible to make a Visored helm and add the white texture from the Holy Breast Plate (with paint options) and add a variant that gives the Visored Helm the chainmail from the Paladins Hachigane? Also, what would the Paladins Hachigane look without it's chainmail? I'm curious.

The other mod I wish existed is a collection of shoulder pad/plates that you can equip with the belt or backpack slot (most mods add to the belt slot for additional armor - the backpack slot might be viable since most of the time you don't even wear backpacks - during combat). I initially wanted this because the Holy Nation mod overhaul has really goofy looking shoulder armor. I'd rather add armor to anything and have variations like, one shoulder or both.
