check the language of your l4d2 must be in english of the united wstates to work next
Open the VPK you downloaded (use GCFScape to open VPKs)
1. CREATE A COPY OF THE EXISTING 2 Coach VOICES AT left 4 dead 2\left4dead2_dlc1\sound\player\survivor\voice\Coach. You should have Coach - Copy
2. Leave the copied version of the folder alone, and DELETE EVERYTHING INSIDE THE Coach FOLDER
3. With the VPK still open, place EVERY SOUND FILE INSIDE left4dead2\Coach inside the Coach folder and the folder left 4 dead 2\left4dead2_dlc1\sound\player\survivor\voice\Coach
and then start left4dead 2 and then type in console snd_rebuildaudiocache when it reaches 100% type quit on the console and it's ready

Um, small update, in order for snd_rebuildaudiocache to work before the player loads up L4D2 on this voice mod and the Moira Voice mod, they will have to take out the update forlder, then start up L4D2, then type in snd_rebuildaudiocache, otherwise their game will crash when performinng snd_rebuildaudiocache.
