Throw in a recent interaction I had r.e. a certain soldier addon where people were discomfited by the notion that someone could provide criticism and feedback where the mod creator explicitly asked for this and that someone could have a certain degree of historical knowledge and attention to detail where this was precisely the sort of addon that called for it, and where calm, rational commentary was described as "autist" and a "freakout" (n.b. that this was *before* I ended up losing my cool when the mod creator decided to take the side of the historically illiterate + claim the model file I linked him to was somehow unopenable in Blender + describe my comments as spam), and yeah, the community is increasingly rancid.
Well, erm, the IRL mug can only hold 500 millilitres so, err, you'd be looking at having to do quite a few refills in order to achieve the desired level of spillage.
