Optional: KOTF's Butters voice mod

Everyone's favorite punching bag from south park replaces louis.
He was originally modeled for fun while i streamed & played the
south park games on my discord server.
I also have a kenny model sitting around if people want to see that also ported.

Notes:
Couldn't make a blinking animation without it looking weird, might update in the future.
