That said, it's been updated and the contact abilities have been fixed. Thanks for working out a solution in my absence!
If you open this mod in RPFM you are able to make the following changes in the melee_weapons_tables db to add these effects back in.

I tested this in game and all works as expected again!
I hope this isn't bad form, I've only recently started playing around with RPFM. Just trying to help in the interim.
Base Daemonettes = No adjustment
Exalted = Charmed
RoR = Euphoric
I don't know about the inner workings but I confirmed this on the unit cards,

sla_daemonette_claws does 'not' have a contact effect, while exalted_claws only has the charm effect, and exalted_claws_ror has euphoria.
I'm pretty sure these are vanilla effects, and not the effect advertised in the pics.
