Missile Resistance to Cloud of Flies

描述
This mod adds a new ability called cloud of flies that gives 9% missile resistance to all nurgle units outside of melee.

That means that each nurgle unit has 2 abilities called cloud of flies, one that is in effect when the nurgle units are in melee and the other that activates when they aren't in melee both have the same cooldown.

@WarMachineGreen I only gave the ability to units that have the vanilla cloud of flies do chosen and chaos warriors have the vanilla one? I don't have the new dlc so I didn't look for them. I will make a submod that gives both the vanilla and this mod to the new altered marauders and chosen of nurgle

I dont see the cloud of flies with chaos warriors and chosen, alteast not on the tooltip.
