[CRF_S_1] China Railway S23 caboose

Some of the two-axle boxcars captured by the Chinese people during the war which drive out foreign invaders and traitors to their own country and establish a centralized government for their own happiness, some were scrapped, and some were transformed into caboose, which was finalized as S23. After that, in 1960, Shijiazhuang Railway Vehicle Factory designed and manufactured a batch of caboose of the same model on the basis of this transformed caboose. However, no full vehicle remains of this caboose, so I can't restore the interior.
