Beskrivelse
BACKGROUND
The Dubina is a cabin cigar high-speed boat produced by (fictional) Regalbilt Motorboats Ltd., based in London, UK. Specializing in high-performance and luxurious powerboats, Regalbilt designed the Dubina to be ultra sleek. Featuring a V16 powerplant, the Dubina is unlike any other motorboating experience. The Dubina can reach high-speeds in excess of 60 knots, while enjoying the spacious cabin, outdoor loungers, two sitting areas and all the finishes and luxuries of a yacht. A full array of equipment and scuba gear is provided with the Dubina as standard equipment, allowing exploration above crashing waves, as well as below.

@ForgottenSole I just tried it out :D Seems to be working for me! Try to reload it and try again, but apply 70% or more throttle, otherwise it will not be enough power to get much speed

That's not really a "cigar" boat or "cigarette" style boat, that's technically a centre console, more like a midnight express. Don't get me wrong ,it's a very good boat but i wouldn't exactly call it a cigar boat.
